XC6207 | 高速\Green Operation\ LDO，带CE功能 XC6207系列是高精度,低噪声,高速度,带有Green Operation（GO）功能，采用CMOS生产工艺的低压差LDO电压调整器。这个系列内部包括一个参考电压源，一个误差放大器，电流限制器，和相位补偿电路。\n\n 根据负载电流大小值的变化，GO功能通过在高速和节能两种不同模式之间的自动切换，来实现高速,低功耗,高效率。对应GO功能切换点的负载电流值已经在芯片内部被设定。如果仅需要高速工作模式时，通过在芯片的GO引脚端子输入高电平就可以实现。因此芯片在不同的工作应用条件下有着合适的消耗电流。\n\n CE功能允许电压调整器的输出被关断，可极大的减少功率损耗。对于XC6207B/D ·工作温度范围：-40℃～85℃\n·低ESR电容：陶瓷电容\n·最大输出电流：对应300mA(380mA限流:TYP)\n·输入输出电压差：120mV@IOUT=100mA\n·工作电压范围：2.0V～6.0V\n·输出电压范围：1.2V～5.0V(50mV间隔)\n·高精度：±2%(HS时、:VOUT>1.5V)；+2%,-3%(PS时、VOUT>1.5V)；±30mV(HS时、VOUT≦1.5V)；+30mV,-45mV(HS时、VOUT≦1.5V)\n·低消耗电流：5.5μA(TYP.)(PS时)、50μA(TYP.)(HS时)\n·待机电流：0.1μA以下\n; | Torex 特瑞仕 | Torex | |
