MD series are motor driver ICs for DC motor, stepping motor and shutter /AE magnetic motor. We have completed product line from single motor driving circuit to 1-chip solution of all motor driving circuits with saturated voltage, constant current, or constant voltage control. For optimal actuator driving, we provide miniature package, high reliability, and high-integrated motor driver with low power consumption by adopting CMOS processing. So far, our customer base includes Premier, Altek, Primax, Skanhex, BenQ, Aptek, Mustek, and Microtek domestically and we also support ODM companies like Canon, Kodak, HP and Samsung. In year 2003, the sales volume of MD series reached 6+KK, which accounted 40% market share in local market and 15% in global market.
