描述 Description
The VCXO2HV voltage controlled oscillator is available at frequencies up to 130MHz and features fundamental mode crystal for optimal low phase noise performance.
Ideal for military and defence applications, the VCXO2HV features excellent shock and vibration resistance, good pulling range options at operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C, and also has optional gold plated or tinned pad to ensure the correct terminations for your specific application.
The VCXO2VH has a miniature surface mount package measuring just 5.0 x 3.2mm, CMOS output, and requires 3.3V supply voltage.
