描述 Description
VAS1520 is a single stage boost controller IC aimed at LED lighting applications. The distinctive architecture makes it ideal for high-power and Triac dimmable lighting cases. The device keeps in constant off time operation to achieve high power factor.\r
VAS1520 provides overvoltage protection which can avoid damage to circuit of open load, and other protection functions such as MOSFET over current protection, ROVP short to ground protection, and over heat protection to ensure the safety of the system.\r
VAS1520 is available with SOP8 package.
