描述 Description

The UT5812A is an eight-channel high performance Transient Voltage Suppressor(TVS) array designed to protect four 2.5V high speed data lines from ElectrostaticDischarge (ESD), Cable Discharge Event (CDE) and Electrical Fast Transient (EFT).

The UT5812A features low capacitance and a low ESD clamping voltage to protectsensitive circuitry connected to high speed data and transmission lines.

The package design allows flow-through style PCB layout and facilitates necessarymatched trace lengths to maintain consistent impedance between high speed differentiallines of Ethernet and T1/E1 telecom ports.
