描述 Description

The UT5115B is a bidirectional Transient VoltageSuppressor (TVS) designed to protect 5.0V circuitsfrom transient events such as high ElectrostaticDischarge (ESD) and Cable Discharge Event (CDE).

This TVS uses a proprietary cell clampingtechnology. During transient events, these cellsclamp transient over-voltages on power, control datasignals and protect sensitive circuitry.

The UT5115B is housed in a single packageDFN1610-2L.
