描述 Description

The uP3861P is a compact dual-channel synchronousrectified buck controller specifically designed to operatewith single 12V supply voltage and to deliver high qualityoutput voltage for high power application. The two channelsare operated with 180 degree phase interleaved. The twochanneloutput voltage has power on sequence set. Itadopts external compensated voltage mode control totightly regulate the feedback voltage to internal 1V referencevoltage. The switching frequency is programmable from50KHz to 400KHz, providing an optimal level of integratingto reduce size and const of the power supply.

The uP3861P integrates MOSFET drives that supply12V+12V bootstrapped voltage for high efficiency powerconversion. The bootstrap diode is built-in to simplify thecircuit design and minimize external part count.

Other features include under voltage lockout (UVLO), undervoltage protection ,over voltage protection (OVP) and userprogrammable over temperature protection (OTP). Withaforementioned functions, this part provides customers acompact, high efficiency, well-protected and cost-effectivesolutions. This part is available in SOP-20L package.
