描述 Description

The uP0115 is a controller specifically designed to form alow dropout voltage regulator by driving an N-ChannelMOSFET. The output voltage is tightly regulated to internalreference with 1.5% accuracy via a voltage divider. An ENpin is provided for output voltage enable/disable control.The uP0115P features a softstart function that adjustsoutput voltage ramp up time by an external capacitor tolimit the inrush current from input voltage.

The uP0115Q/R features a power OK indication functionthat is asserted high with delay when the output voltage iswithin regulation.

Other features include fast transient response, output shortcircuit protection and thermal shutdown. This part isavailable in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
