描述 Description

The uP0110P/Q is an ultra low noise, fast response, high power supply rejectionratio (PSRR) low dropout regulator specifically designed to continuously deliver upto 1.5A output current. Designed with a P-channel MOSFET series pass transistor, theuP0110P/Q yields extremely low dropout voltage (e.g. 240mV at 1A) and maintains verylow ground current (200uA).

The uP0110P/Q is designed and optimized to work with low-value, low-cost ceramiccapacitors. Only a 4.7uF ceramic output capacitor is required for stable operationfor any load conditions, ideal suitable for portable RF and wireless applicationswhere PCB size are specially concerned. A bypass pin is provided to reduce outputnoise voltage and improve PSRR to 35dB at 100kHz.

Other features include foldback overcurrent protection, quicksoft start, andovertemperature protection. The uP0110P/Q isavailable in fixed output voltage from0.8V to 3.3V with 0.1V per step. The device comes in SOT223-3L and TO252-3L packages.
