描述 Description
The U74AHC640 is a octal bus transceivers with 3-stateoutputs. It is designed for asynchronous two-way communicationbetween data buses. Depending on the direction-control (DIR) input,data are transmitted from the A bus to the B bus or from B bus to the A bus.When OE is high, the buses are effectively isolated. WhenOE is low, the buses are enable.

• Low power consumption, ICC = 8μA (Max) at 5.5V
• ±6mA output driver at 4.5V
