The TS921 is a rail-to-rail single BiCMOS operational amplifier optimized and fully specified for 3V and 5V operation.
■ Rail-to-rail input and output

loads)
■ High-speed: 4MHz, 1V/µs
■ Operating from 2.7V to 12V
