描述 Description

TPS92365x 系列器件是具有 4.5V 至 65V 宽输入范围的 2A/4A 非同步 升压、降压/升压 LED 驱动器。通过集成低侧 NMOS 开关，该器件不仅能驱动 LED，还能以高功率密度和高效率为电池充电。该系列还支持常见 阴极连接和单层 PCB 设计。开关频率可在 100kHz 至 2.2MHz 范围内进行配置，并具有可选的展频功能，可实现更好的 EMI 性能。

TPS92365x 系列器件支持四种调光选项，包括模拟调光、PWM 调光、混合调光和灵活调光。每种调光方法都可使用简单的高电平和低电平信号，通过 PWM 和 ADIM 输入引脚进行配置。该系列采用自适应关断时间电流模式控制以及智能、精确采样，可实现电感式快速调光 (IFD) 和高调光精度。

TPS92365x 系列器件还提供多种系统保护，包括 LED 开路和短路、检测电阻开路和短路 、可配置热折返以及热关断。 一旦检测到任何故障情况，故障输出就会发送确认信号。
