描述 Description
The TPS51601A is a synchronous buck MOSFET driver withintegrated boost switch. This high-performance driver is capable ofdriving high-side and low-side side N-channel FETs with the highestspeed and lowest switching loss. Adaptive dead-time control andshoot-through protection are included.
