Description：TMPM3H group

microcontrollers have 512KB to 1MB of code Flash memory, 32KB of data Flash memory and 130KB (Note 1) of RAM, and are deployed in 64 to 144 pins package.These products with 1MB of code Flash memory have two separate areas of 512KB each. This composition allows instructions to be read from one area, while the updated code is programmed into the other area in parallel. Finally, the firmware rotation function is realized by Area Swap Function (Note 2).These products can be operated o condition, maximum operation frequency of CPU core: 120 MHz, maximum operation temperature: 105°C. Accuracy of their oscillator is 1% or less.TMPM3H group
