描述 Description

The TMI3171 is a constant frequency 1.5MHz, peak current mode step-down converter with 2.5V to 6.5V wide input voltage range. Thedevice integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. The output voltagecan be regulated as low as 0.6V. The TMI3171 can also run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portablesystem. This device adopts peak current mode control and has fast load transient response.
