描述 Description

The TLSC352X integrates 32-bit RISC processor, 8KB SRAM, 32KB OTP, 48MHz RC Oscillator, 32K RC Oscillator, 3 timers, up to 9 channels of PWM, a 14bit SAR ADC, a key scanner, three quadrature decoders, 5V LDO, 3.3V LDO and abundant I/O interfaces for MCU applications.

Memory
• 8KB data memory (SRAM)

Digital part
• Embeds a 32-bit RISC processor with a 32×32 multiplier and a 32/32 divider
• Timer:
1.Embeds 3 timers (Timer0~Timer2).
2.Four modes are available normally for each timer.
3.Another no-wrap mode is optional via specific register configuration.
4.Timer2 can also be configured as a watchdog.
• PWM: Supports up to 9-channel PWM (Pulse-Width-Modulation) function
• Supports hardware keyscan for power saving and releasing MCU power to handle other tasks instead of keeping scanning IO
• Embeds three quadrature decoders (QDEC) which are designed mainly for applications such as wheel

Analog part
• Clock generator
• ADC: User can measure pins of PortB0~7 and PortC0~3 by 14-bit SAR ADC.
• Bandgap: Embeds a bandgap circuit to provide reference current and voltage

Interface part
• Configurable PortA~PortE: PA0~PA7, PB0~PB7, PC0~PC7, PD0~PD7, PE0~PE7;
• Optional I2C/USB/Single Wire/UART/SPI/FLASH as interface for data exchange with host.
