描述 Description

The TJR431 is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulatorwith specified thermal stability over applicabletemperature VREF and 28V with twoexternal resistors. This device has a typical dynamicoutput impedance of 0.25ohm. Active output circuitryprovides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, making thisdevice excellent replacement for zener diodes in manyapplications. The TJR431 is characterized for operationfrom -40°C to +125°C.
