描述 Description
50 mm Power Block Thyristor/ Diode Modules for Phase Control are designed and assembled with high reliable pressure contact technology using an isolated copper base plate.
Now these modules are also available with Thermal Interface Material (TIM). With TIM modules a reproducible thermal performance of power electronic systems will be achieved.
