TCC70xx (VCP) Family of 32-bit automotive microcontrollers (MCUs) offers a solution for various automotive applications designed for Wireless Charger, Cluster, Telematics, CID and IVI with very low power consumption over a wide and scalable range of products from 2 to 4MB flash / 256 to 512KB RAM based the Arm® Cortex®-R5 Floating Point CPU, which includes a security sub-system based on Arm Cortex-M0. TCC70xx (VCP) Family is offered in a Samsung 28nm process, a World's first qualified 28nm(12\" Wafer), and have advanced security features with the introduction of EVITA Full HSM (Hardware security module), dedicated Cortex®-M0 for secure processing, also qualified AEC-Q100 with advanced safety and software support for industrial and automotive ASIL-B applications.TCC70xx (VCP) Family provides Giga-bit Ethernet backbone for better performance, safe and efficient automotive communication along with global trends which require high-speed interface. Furthermore, it support up to 125°C ambient, CAN, LIN, UART, CSI, I2C interfaces and hard- & software compatibility across family, as well as Inter-IC Sound (I2S) Interfaces implemented for connecting digital audio devices.
