描述 Description

SYS22L02FACis an ultra low-capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) array designedto provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed datainterfaces. With typical capacitance of 2.5pF only, SYS22L02FAC is designed toprotect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-currenttransient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2(ESD), Level 4 (±15kV air, ±8kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-4(electrical fast transient - EFT) (40A,5/50 ns), IEC 61000-4-5(Surge) (24A, 8/20μs), very fast charged devicemodel (CDM) ESD and cable discharge event (CDE), etc.

SYS22L02FAC is in an SOP-8 package.Each SYS22L02FAC device can protect four high-speed line pairs. The combinedfeatures of low capacitance and high ESD robustness make SYS22L02FAC ideal forhigh-speed data port and high-frequency line (e.g., Gigabit Ethernet Ports)applications. The ultra low clamping voltage of the SYS22L02FAC guarantees a reducedstress to the protected IC.
