The STPS60A150CHR is package and screened to comply with the ESCC5000

specification for aerospace products. It is a dual monolithic Schottky rectifier

assembled in an SMD.5 hermetic package and characterized in total dose at high

dose rate and in single event effect to be used in aerospace applications. It is ESCC

qualified.
