描述 Description

该“逆变器 IPM”是一款高度集成的器件，在单个 SIP 模块中包含了从 HV-DC 到 3 相输出的所有高电压 (HV) 控制。输出级使用 IGBT / FRD 技术，实施了过电压保护 (UVP) 和过电流保护 (OCP)，带故障检测输出标志。为高压侧门极升压驱动提供了内部升压二极管。
