The SN953x0 series is a highly-integrated microcontroller with two 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3processors in symmetric dual-core architecture. With a frequency of up to 96 MHz individually,the dual-core design delivers swift data processing and enables real-time responses.Equipped with a 10-bit SAR ADC and a wide range of peripherals including SPI, UART,USB device, I2C, I2S, SD/SDIO, GPIOs, and a dedicated 2-wire interface for the communicationwith the OID sensor decoder, the SN953x0 series provides reliable data conversionand seamless connectivity as a suitable back-end MCU for Sonix OID (Optical ID) sensordecoder modules. Incorporating two Cortex-M3 cores, various peripherals, and the powermanagement unit, the SN953x0 series, along with a Sonix OID sensor decoder module,delivers the performance and features necessary for battery-powered applications suchas children books and STEAM educational products.
