GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The SN8P1800 is an series of 8-bit micro-controller including SN8P1808. This series is utilized with CMOS technology fabrication and featured with low power consumption and high performance by its unique electronic structure.

External high clock: RC type up to 10 MHz

External high clock: Crystal type up to 16 MHz

External Low clock: Crystal 32768Hz

Normal mode: Both high and low clock active.

Slow mode: Low clock only.

Sleep mode: Both high and low clock stop.

Green mode: Periodical wakeup by timer.
