These low-cost, surface mountable, plastic packaged siliconmixer Schottky diodes are designed for RF and microwave mixersand detectors. They include low barrier diodes and zero-biasdetectors that combine Skyworks advanced semiconductortechnology with low-cost packaging techniques. All diodes are100 percent DC tested and deliver tight parameter distribution,which minimizes performance variability.These diodes are available in SOD-882, SC-79, and SOT-23 packages. Wiring configurationsinclude singles, series pairs, and reverse series pairs. They may be used at frequencies upto 24 GHz.SMS7621 Series includes SMS7621-079LF, SMS7621-005LF, SMS7621-006LF, SMS7621-040LF. Please note: SMS7621-001LF is being discontinued and is not recommended for new designs.
