-->The SMP1330 series of limiter diodes is designed for use aspassive receiver protectors in wireless and other RF systemscovering frequencies up to 4 GHz and higher. These diodes useSkyworks limiter diode technology to produce gold-doped, thinbase limiters for low-loss, low-distortion performance and goodlimiter action.

The SMP1330 series of diodes has been characterized in limitercircuits and tightly specified to ensure consistent performance.
