描述 Description

SM5007/SM5007T is a complete power management IC that features a linear charger, very low IQ Buck and LDO regulators, power switches, fuel gauge with hybrid mode and a 50 mA charge pump regulator. The very low IQ regulators with smart power management scheme maximize battery life and enhance overall system performance. The SM5007/SM5007T is available in a 56- bump, 3.65 mm x 3.0 mm WLCSP package.
