描述 Description

The SKY85336-11 is a highly integrated, 2.4 GHz front-endmodule (FEM) with Skyworks low current ICE™ technology,incorporating a 2.4 GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT)transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a 2.4 GHz high-performancelow-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode, and a nonlinearPA intended for high-power Wi-Fi 6 applications andsystems. The SKY85336-11 is part of the Skyworks line ofhigh efficiency, energy saving ICE technology products.

The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakagecurrent in off mode. An integrated logarithmic powerdetector is included to provide closed-loop power controlwithin the system.

The device is provided in a compact 24-pin 3 x 5 mm LandGrid Array (LGA) package.
