The suggested replacement are SKY13749-11, SKY53730-11, SKY53731-11 The SKY13744-11 is an LNA diversity module to be used in acellular mobile device. It supports cellular diversity receiver andlocalization service receiver functions.

It is compatible with Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP),Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), Wide BandCode Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), and Long-TermEvolution (LTE) standards and supports the following servicebands: B26, B8, B20, B1/4, B3, and B7 for the cellular part.

The SKY13744-11 is packaged in a small 5 x 3 x 0.75 mm,29-lead surface-mount package. The part is controlled by anintegrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) decoder.There are separate control registers for independent control oflow band, middle band, and high band. The part can operate overthe temperature range of –30°C to +85°C.
