The SKY13498-21 is a single-pole, ten-throw (SP10T) antennaswitch with an integrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface(MIPI) controller. Using an advanced switching technology, theSKY13498-21 maintains low insertion and high isolation, whichmakes it an ideal choice for UMTS, CDMA2000, EDGE, GSM, andLTE applications.\n\nThe design features two dedicated GSM transmit ports and threededicated ultra low-loss TRX ports. The switch also has anexcellent triple beat ratio and Second/Third Order IntermodulationDistortion (IMD2/IMD3) performance.\n\nSwitching is controlled by the MIPI decoder. There is an externalMIPI select pin that enables how the switch responds to powermode triggers. When this pin is grounded, the switch responds toany of the power mode triggers. When this pin is left open, theswitch responds to individual power mode triggers. No externalDC blocking capacitors are required on the RF paths as long as noDC voltage is applied.\n\nThe SKY13498-21 is manufactured in a compact,2.5 x 2.5 x 0.8 mm, 20-pin surface mount Multi-Chip Module(MCM) package.
