描述 Description

The SiT9377 is optimized for communications applications requiring low jitter and low power, and is available in the industry’s smallest differential package.

This differential oscillator supports wide frequency range between 220 MHz and 920 MHz. It features 150 fs RMS jitter (typ.​), excellent immunity to power supply noise and environmental hazards, industry-standard package sizes down to 2.0 x 1.6 mm, low-power options, and wide temperature support up to 105°C.

The SiT9377 offers popular output drivers for LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-power HCSL with integrated termination resistors.​ It also features a unique FlexSwing™ driver that performs like LVPECL but with independent control of VOH and VOL levels to simplify interfacing with chipsets having non-standard input-voltage requirements. ​The SiT9377 accepts power-supply voltages down to 1.8V for additional power savings.
