描述 Description

The new Si86S6x family of one to six channel devices are robust, low-power digital isolators. All device versions have CMOS thresholds and Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and only require VDD bypass capacitors. Data rates up to 150 Mbps are supported, and devices achieve typical propagation delays of down to 10 ns. Ordering options include a choice of isolation ratings (2.5 to 6.0 kVRMS), deglitch filter, default high or low output and various channel configurations including inverting outputs on dual channel devices.
