Si8422AB-IS digital isolators are part of the industry’s highest-performance, easiest-to-use, and lowest-cost line of 2,500 to 5,000 kVrms rated digital isolators for I²C and SMBus serial port applications. Si8422AB-IS isolators are based on our proprietary RF isolation technology and offer shorter propagation delays, lower power consumption, smaller installed size, and more stable operation with temperature and age versus opto couplers or other digital isolators. This isolator is 10x more reliable than an optocoupler.
