描述 Description

Our Si82521AD-AS3 isolated automotive gate driver product offers very high transient immunity of 125 kV/µs, low propagation delays of 30 ns max for better timing margins, a symmetric drive strength of 4.0 A sink and source with a drive boost circuit that allows for faster FET turn-on, stable operation over a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 125 °C. It offers critical safety features such as dead time programmability, driver side UVLO options and over-temperature protection. Isolation rating of 5 kVrms are offered in a specially designed package that provides true 8 mm creepage as well as extra creepage due to missing pins 12 and 13 between driver A and driver B . The Si82521AD-AS3 is offered in a High Side / Low Side configuration. (Note: All OPNs in this family are true to this description)
