The SFH628 series of optically coupled isolators consist of inverse parallel infrared light emitting diodes and NPN silicon photo transistors in space efficient dual in line plastic packages.FEATURES

• Low input current ±0.5mA IF
• High Current Transfer Ratios
   (63-500% at ±1mA, 32% min at ±0.5mA)
