SFA-224SF-E1 is an active Q-Band X4 frequency multiplier. The multiplier has an input frequency of 8.25 to 12.50 GHz with a typical input power of +5 dBm and an output frequency of 33 to 50 GHz with a typical output power of +20 dBm. The multiplier also has a typical harmonic suppression of -15 dBc. The mechanical configuration is an inline structure with a SMA (F) connector as its input port and a WR-22 Uni-Guide™ waveguide as its output port. Other port configurations, such as a right angle structure with SMA connector as input port and WR-22 waveguide output port, are also available under different model numbers.Your application may require a heatsink.
