描述 Description

The SE2613T is a complete 802.11 b/g/n WLAN RFfront-end module with a port suitable for Bluetooth®signals. The device provides all the functionality ofthe power amplifier, power detector, harmonicfiltering, switch, low noise amplifier (LNA), andassociated matching. The SE2613T provides acomplete 2.4 GHz WLAN RF solution from the outputof the transceiver to the antenna, and from theantenna to the input of the transceiver, in an ultracompactform factor.

The SE2613T is designed for ease of use, with all thecritical matching and harmonic filtering integrated,while also offering a simple 50Ω interface to theantenna.

The SE2613T includes an LNA to increase the receivesensitivity of embedded solutions to improve range orto overcome the insertion loss of cellular filters oftenincluded for mobile applications.

The SE2613T also includes a transmitter powerdetector with 20 dB of dynamic range and a digitalenable control for transmitter power ramp on/offcontrol.
