描述 Description

The SCOCXOV oven controlled oscillator features CMOS output with very fast warm up time and ultra tight frequency stability of ±2.5ppm maximum over 10 years. This OCXO also features temperature stability options as tight as ±0.2ppm maximum over wide -55 to +85°C operating temperature range.

With supply voltage of 5.0V at frequencies from 10.0kHz ~ 54.0MHz, and optional surface mount or 14-pin DIL package, the SCOCXOV is ideal for applications requiring tight stability, excellent shock and vibration tolerance and low current consumption combined with CMOS output.
