The SBA220CH-AU~SBA240CH-AU series consists of 20~40 V Surface Mount Extreme Low VF Schottky Barrier Rectifiers with a current rating of 2 A. These rectifiers feature an ultra-low forward voltage drop and fast switching speed with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101. And specially designed for LED lighting in automotive applications within an SOD-323HE package. Additionally, the series is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0..
