描述 Description
The Qorvo® QM42639 is an integrated Mobile Wi-Fi front end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The small form factor and integrated matching minimizes layout area in the application.
Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a broad range of supply voltage (3.0 V Integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics as well as 5 GHz rejection for DBDC operation are included. An integrated power coupler enables close loop power control and DPD optimization. The QM42639 integrates a multi-TX state 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi power amplifier (PA) that is also used for HP BT, single pole four throw switch (SP4T) ANT switch, bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) with multiple RX states, and power coupler into a single device.
