描述 Description
The QM13021 can be configured for versatile antenna or impedance tuning applications. QM13021 has two tunable capacitors, three SPST's, and one SPDT in a single package. QM13021 is specifically designed to enable creation of high performance advanced architectures to maximize TRP & TIS performance in space constrained applications.

• Wide tuning range: 0.40pF to 8.0pF
• Small tuning step size: 0.25pF
