The QD9619 is a Smart Power Stage (SPS) solutions with fully optimized, integrateddriver and MOSFETs for high-current, high frequency, synchronous buck DC-DC converters.The SPS enables higher performance at lower output voltages required by cutting edgeCPU, GPU and DDR memory designs.The QD9619 also enables advanced high accuracy module temperature reporting and on-chipsynchronous MOSFET current monitoring.The protection includes cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, Phase fault detection, preliminary over voltage protection, VCC/VDRVUVLO protection, and thermal shutdown.

The QD9619 is optimized for CPU core power delivery in server applications. Thisdevice combined with a multi-phase buck PWM controller forms a complete core voltageregulator for advanced micro-processors.
