The PZA1AL5V6B~PZA1AL43B series consists of 1 W Silicon Planar Zener Diodes, offering a voltage range of 5.6 V to 43 V for surge absorption circuits. These diodes feature low zener operating resistance (ZZT) and excellent stability within a low profile surface-mount package, SOD-123FL. And this series is suitable for common applications of voltage regulations for power supply, industrial, computing and consumer electronics. These products are green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
