DESCRIPTION

The PS8821-1,-2 are opticallycoupled isolators containinga GaAlAs LED onthelight emittingdiode (inputside) and a PIN photodiode and a high-speed amplifier transistor on the output side onone chip. The PS8821-2 is suitable for high density applications.
