Host-Side USB Type-C Port Configuration Switch for USB / DisplayPort Alt Mode, with Integrated Redriver and DCI Support
The PS8743 addresses high-speed signal switching requirements for implementation of a USB Type-C connector on a USB host device that supports the VESA DisplayPort Alt Mode Standard.  It is similar to the PS8740 but includes DCI support for system debugging.

Automatic output driver adjustment for DisplayPort path utilizing field-proven AUX interception during link training (patented by Parade Technologies)
Switching modes are pin controllable through GPIO or I2C control
Built-in MUXs and supporting circuitry of DCI debugging, supports both automatic and forced DCI mode
Ultra low standby power
Supports auto power saving for DisplayPort and USB
4x6mm 40-pin QFN Halogen free RoHS package
Device power supply options:PS8743A, dual supply:  3.3V and (1.2V or 1.35V)
PS8743B, single supply:  3.3V
