描述 Description

The PS1201-D32 Low Capacitance ESD Protection offers robust and reliable protection against electrostatic discharges. It features low leakage current and clamping voltage in a smaller DFN0603-2L package. Ideally used in various interfaces, motherboards, graphic cards and high-speed cables for applications in power supply, computing, consumer electronics and communication devices. The product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
