The PM1008LL 800V Surface Mount Glass Passivated Low VF Bridge Rectifier features a maximum junction temperature (Tj) of 150℃ with a current rating of 10A. It is designed with a glass-passivated chip junction in an ultra-thin profile package (M8) for space-constrained utilizations. And It is suitable for a wide range of applications in power supplies, consumer electronics, and communication devices. The product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
