The PEM1300 series of PoE modules are designed to extract power from Cat5 and better Ethernet cable, conforming to the IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) standard. The PEM1300 series is identical to the PEM1200 series, with the addition of on-board diode bridge rectifiers.\n\nThe PEM1300 provides 1500Vdc isolation between input and output. It features adjustable output voltage and programmable IEEE 802.3af power classification which enables users to design their products for the growing \"green power\" movement.\n\nThe PEM1300 is a full featured yet cost effective solution useful in general purpose segments including the IP network camera, VoIP phone, access control, RFID, wireless access points, and office/building automation segments.
