描述 Description

The PE4305C2C~PE4336C2C series comprises 2-Channel Unidirectional ESD Protection Diodes designed to protect voltage-sensitive electronics from high transient conditions and ESD. These diodes offer a voltage range of 5 V to 36 V in a SOT-323 package, making them ideally suited for a wide range of applications in power supply, computing and consumer electronics. Additionally, these products feature green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
