描述 Description

The PA97 is a 900V power operational amplifier that exhibits a very low 600µA of quiescent current. The PA97 is designed as a low-cost solution for driving continuous output currents up to 10mA and pulse currents up to 15mA in high voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers and electrostatic transducers and deflection. This MOSFET power amplifier’s output stage is biased Class C for low quiescent current operation and external compensation provides flexibility in choosing bandwidth and slew rate for the application. Housed in a space saving, electrically isolated 7-pin SIP package, the PA97 lends itself to high density circuit board layouts.
